SPEAKER PROFILE

Amanda Progress currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Cornerstone Services, Inc.  In 2008, she graduated from North Central College with her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Manager and Accounting.  In 2010, she began her career at Cornerstone Services, Inc. as their HR Manager.  While working full-time and raising her son she earned her Master’s degree in Manager and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University in 2013, as well as earned her PHR certificate and SHRM-CP certificate.

She chairs Cornerstone’s Wellness committee, chairs the IARF HR Committee, and is also an active change agent with other committees within the organization.   Amanda facilitates in the Business Department at the University of People.  She is also an active SHRM and SSHRN member.

Amanda aspires to lead by example and by doing so strives to maintain a healthy work-life balance outside of work by spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, reading, and crafting.
