This topic goes over the key points and challenges of moving from a colleague into management. It covers the different responsibilities of management, the different stakeholders, and the changes that need to be made to address those different responsibilities and challenges.

This webinar addresses a key facet of the process of moving into management, particularly if the new manager is leading those whom he or she used to work alongside.  It will address primarily the changes that need to be made by the new manager/leader.
