Because of Covid-19, we know now, more than ever, that consistent change is our new reality. This means that if organizations want to be successful now and moving into the future, they and their employees must be agile. They must possess the capabilities of adapting to meet the demands of consistently changing market conditions. In this workshop, we will discuss what human resources need to focus on and do to create a more agile organization and workforce. Specifically, we will make the case that mindfulness is a prerequisite for agility, and give human resource leaders with clarity on how they can improve the mindfulness of employees and the benefits of doing so.
Agility and future-readiness has increasingly become important, but with Covid-19, it is now paramount that organizational and human resource leaders focus on helping their organizations become more agile and future-ready. In this workshop, attendees will receive cutting-edge and research-backed information regarding how to do this.
Any high-level organizational leaders and/or Human resource leaders.
